Offered here is a 1960s vintage 18K gold Ebel made for Valois la chaux de fonds.
The case measures 31.6 mm across. The glossy dial is dark blue with large Roman numerals in gold paint.
The dial exhibits spider webbing which was quite common for certain watches of that period.
It also shows some gold specs randomly spaced around. I do not know if this was intentional.
On close examination they do not appear to be on the surface which would usually demonstrate moisture ageing.
The mechanical movement is a super thin high grade one adjusted to 5 positions. It is signed Ebel cal. 96 but it is basically an F. Piguet movement which was used by many top watch companies of that period.
The case back is also engraved with Ebel Watch Co. on the inside of the case cover. The watch without the strap weighs 19 grams.
The lugs of this watch are 18 mm wide. This fine timepiece comes with a genuine lizard strap in used but good condition.
Will fit up to an 8 inch wrist.
