A rare Vacheron Constantin $20 U.S. coin watch. There were numerous companies making these watches starting in 1950s. To find one by Vacheron Constantin is quite rare. It is encased in a22K gold $20 gold piece minted in San Fransisco in 1906. The watch case mounted inside is 18K gold. The super thin movement is signed Vacheron Constantin Geneve. It has 18 jewels and adjusted to temperatures. Also adjusted in 2 positions. Movement serial number is 514153.The dial is original as are the blued steel hands.
