Seiko Chronograph 6139-7109 Helmet. This watch is fully automatic, cannot be wound from the crown. 

This watch is fully automatic, cannot be wound from the crown. One has to move the case initially in a fashion which would  cause the rotor to spin and wind the main spring somewhat. Then as one wears the watch it will keep on winding. Pull out the crown to set the time making sure you pass both     day and day changes. To set the day and date, press the crown fully in as far as it will go in. you will see both day and date change. Once you arrive at the correct day keep pressing the crown but just enough to see the date change only until arriving at the desired day and date. The case has small scratches. The case back has deeper scratches from an opening tool slipping from the groves. The crystal has a few scratches as well. The watch is in running condition but loses time and will need service.
