American Waltham Watch Co. Riverside 18K Gold, Size 6

Offered here is an extremely beautiful American Waltham Co. Riverside model size 6 in a beautifully engraved 18K gold Swiss made case. The lack of signature on the dial points to the watch being made for export. The movement is model 1890 made between Sept. 1982 and Oct. 1893 in a run of 3000 pieces. 3/4 plate, pendant set. The case measures 39 mm across. Swiss hallmarks present on the inside of the covers and on the bow. The watch weighs 53 grams. The porcelain dial has some very minute hairlines between XI and XII, VIII and IX, IIII and V.
