Shown here is a beautiful and highly sought after Omega 2576 2518 pre Seamaster chronometer in a 14K solid gold case. The case measures 34 mm across by 41.6 mm long. The original dial features large applied gold hour markers with 12 3 9 Arabic applied numerals. Large sub seconds dial with SWISS MADE at the very bottom. The case shows very little if any polishing after the watch left the factory. The bumper automatic chronometer movement cal. 343 runs well. Per Omega official website information the movement cal. 343 was created in 1949 and limited to only 5000. Some were cased in 18K gold and 14K gold while others ib stainless steel. The dark brown band is genuine alligator showing some use. We clean the underside of the bands with alcohol prior to shipping. If you want to replace it with another you will need one that measures 18 mm at the lugs. We are able to provide you with a solid 14K gold buckle at an additional charge. We have deployants too.
