Omega Flightmaster 145.026 chronograph with cal. 911 movement and original T SWISS MADE T dial.
The dial is grayish with black sub dials. The dial is in great, almost MINT condition !!!
Most vintage watch collectors know that often the originality and condition of the dial comprises half of the value of the vintage watch. This watch dates to 1971 as per movement serial number 35586533. The watch was serviced in February 2019 and all functions work well and the watch is keeping good time.
The right and bottom sub dials show elapsed time up to 30 min on the right and up to 12 hours on the bottom one. The left sub dial shows running seconds. This is to show the user that the watch is running since it is a wind up movement. All the hands are original as is the flat top crystal which has a few small scratches. These are only visible when viewed from certain angle.
The blue hand shows time in a second time First set the time with the time zone you are in, then with the crown at 10 o’clock set the blue hand in the second time zone. Notice that the blue hand moves only in one direction. The bottom left crown operates the inside bezel. The case had been refinished sometime in the past with fine satin finish.
