This is a vintage collectible Cartier Love bracelet in 18K gold. This design was created by Aldo Cipullo and all the early bracelets were stamped with his signature as you see in the detailed pictures here. They also had all of the stampings and a serial number engraved you find engraved in this example. The outside measurements are 57.4 mm x 46.9 mm x 6.1 mm wide. It does not have a size number engraved as the more modern ones do. I would venture to say it is size 15 or 16.
